Mobile Crisis Team

Our Mobile Crisis Team consists of licensed mental health clinicians and specially-trained officers who are equipped to provide appropriate, compassionate support in the face of a crisis. Our team is ready to respond to your behavioral health emergency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Upon arriving at the scene of a crisis, we will assess the needs of you or your loved one and provide immediate stabilization and resources. When the situation is alleviated, we coordinate the next steps necessary to ensure connection to essential community resources and conduct regular checkups to support you on your journey to recovery.

Urgent Care Center

Our Urgent Care Center is open to all residents and offers diagnostic evaluation and assessment to all who need immediate care and support. We take the time to understand your behavioral health or substance use emergency and provide tailored treatment resources, referrals and recommended next steps, including therapy and medication management.

Seven days a week, our Urgent Care Center is open for appointments that can be made up to 48 hours in advance. There is no fee for any of our services.

Crisis Intervention Training & Education (CIT)

In Baltimore County, we provide education and training services to first responders, law enforcement, the education system, and other entities to prepare them to conduct basic suicide interventions and other emergency mental health services when necessary. Our goal is to ensure that everyone in our community has the knowledge and skills to identify and assist those experiencing a behavioral health crisis.

In-Home Intervention Team

Our In-Home Intervention Team offers tailored, person-centered crisis stabilization and linkage services to help individuals and families in need. Our licensed clinicians offer short-term, solution-focused clinical intervention services, provided in-home or within a community setting.

We work with each individual to create a care plan that meets their unique needs, providing support and resources to help them through their challenges. Whether you're dealing with a mental health crisis, substance use, or a difficult life change, we're here to help.

Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM)

Our Critical Incident Stress Management program provides debriefings and stress management for those who may be struggling to cope with the aftermath of a natural disaster, violent crime, or other traumatic events.

Working with community leaders and organizations, our team of specialty-trained behavioral health professionals helps individuals and communities heal by providing the resources and tools necessary for people to process their experiences and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

911 Call Center Clinicians Program

Through our 911 Call Center Clinicians Program, our licensed mental health clinicians are available 8 am - Midnight in the 911 call center. This program ensures that 911 calls regarding behavioral health emergencies are addressed by experienced mental health professionals to ensure appropriate response and connection to real-time community resources and avoid a solely law enforcement response.
